With all the Robert Pattinson craziness that swept the Big Apple yesterday, I think its time that I gave a huge style shout out to his leading lady (both onscreen and off)…

I want to say that I have never read the Twilight series nor have I seen one frame of the movies, but since I’m a total pop-culture and entertainment news junkie I know all about the characters and a lot about Kristen Stewart.
I never got why people didn’t like her or were so hard on her… I mean she clearly wasn’t into fashion before she was catapulted into stardom thanks to her role as Bella, so she shouldn’t be faulted for her fashion missteps. And to be perfectly honest, I kind of like her devil may care attitude about fame and fashion…it totally suits her!
Nonetheless, the girl is smart and she’s clearly gone out and hired herself a stylist to help her look her best on the countless red carpets she’s been photographed on and all of the appearances she has to make to promote her upcoming Joan Jett film, The Runaways. Just this last week while in London, she put on a designer parade of her own in Burberry (I’m in LOVE with the Spring 2010 collection!) and Pucci…
and of course, she looked phenomenal in her white/black Herve Leger dress that she wore on Conan a while back. Can I just say that it’s really nice to see a celeb with an A-cup look so sexy in one of his designs!
Anyway, my question is…does anyone know who she’s working with? They have worked some serious magic on her and snaps all around to you Kristen…you look amazing!!

I think the thing I like most about Diane Kruger’s style is how she somehow manages to consistently take risks yet never seems to go overboard. I love that.
There’s nothing better than a little bit of the unexpected when it comes to the red carpet. Because let’s be honest: there are a lot of ladies (yes, even Hollywood ladies) who couldn’t pull this off.
Diane’s color choices are always exciting and I love how she is quick to favor what is fashion forward yet still maintains a look that is chicly balanced.
If you want to echo Diane’s style, choose bold pieces with classic elements, minimize accessories, and effortlessly pull your hair back. Check out the items below to get you started…

I am a huge fan of the series Mad Men for many reasons but the first thing that caught my eye about the show is its spot-on portrayal of fabulous 1960s fashion, especially when it comes to actress January Jones, the prim and proper housewife Mrs. Betty Draper in the series (see photo below), who manages to emit grace and style savoir faire both on and off screen.
What I love most about January’s style on the red carpet is that she makes it look so easy and nothing is ever overdone. To me, January’s styling is remarkable in that her makeup and hair always remain perfectly in tune with her dress, they never overshadow it. A splash of red lipstick to offset the soft blue gown, her lightly tousled hair, the hesitance to over-accessorize…

Whenever January steps out for an event, she’s looking chic and put together. Her fashion choices are bold and interesting (um, just take a look at the BEYOND FABULOUS white Versace gown she wore to the Emmys—by far my favorite of the night!), which is why I admire her, but they are never over-the-top.
It’s clear that January is a very beautiful woman and of course her amazing model-esque body and face would look great in anything, but she possesses that rare Grace Kelly poise which gives her red carpet looks a little something extra, don’t you think?
Here’s a look Betty Draper (and your budget) would certainly approve of…

Sienna Miller is one of my biggest celebrity inspirations. I know that’s a big shocker considering the woman always looks effortlessly chic, constantly transforming herself into a veritable present-day style icon.
But to me, she really is at her best when she’s dressed down in every day wears like jeans, boots, and oxfords. True personal style is never forced, and Sienna always looks like she just naturally slipped into her clothes, like they were made for one another.
Ever the It-Girl, Sienna’s look definitely reflects her life(style): Brit-hip with a splash of underground. Could she be any cooler? ♥

In this new weekly feature, I’ve teamed up with mystyle’s resident “star” reporter, Danielle Datu, who’s giving us the style scoop from her red carpet adventures with today’s hottest leading ladies!
Fashion Fiend: Selena Gomez
Her Look: I go for the older brands. I love BCBG. It’s very classy and sophisticated. That’s how I want to keep my look.
Shoe Fetish: I really like Michael Kors. He’s got some really fun, young stuff and he’s got some older stuff as well. I like shoes that make my feet look small. I don’t like them to look long or huge. So I go for very fitted shoes.
Makeup Must-Have: Laura Gellar has some really good makeup. Her foundation is actually baked liquid so it just goes on and it’s light. You feel like you have nothing on.
Budget Buy: Forever 21 has $7 scarves that are cute and you can wear them anywhere!
Splurge Urge: I would have a shopping spree at Nordstrom! They have a little bit of everything.

Fashion Fiend: Brittany Snow, Hairspray & American Dreams
Her Look: Really casual. I like the flowy Bohemian style—stuff that’s really comfortable. I don’t spend a lot on clothes because I always buy vintage. Most of my money goes toward shoes and accessories.
Tote-tal Splurge: I bought my very first Valentino purse recently. That was one thing I did for myself that was huge. It was kind of scary! But I wear it everywhere.
Shoe Fetish: I love my classic Christian Louboutin black pumps. They’re my one and only pair. I’ve had them for years.
Beauty Philosophy: I use anything that’s found at Walgreens. I don’t think the price of a product matters; just the application of it. I use Maybelline mascara—the one with the pink tube and green top. I also use L’Oreal foundation. That’s my favorite.
Style Confession: I would wear boys clothes everyday if I could. I’m kind of a tomboy.

Fashion Fiend: Ashley Greene, Twilight
Her Look: The people who dress me for appearances constantly encourage me to take chances, but I like the simple, classic beauty look.
Movie Makeover: I got lucky with Alice. She’s kind of the fashionista of the bunch and she loves clothes. We get to merge modern day with a little bit of the old style. It’s very elegant and very girlie.
Deal Dish: Billion Dollar Babes is amazing. You have to sign up. Basically, you get everything—from Dior to Chloe—at cost. They get these big warehouses and just stock it with stuff.
Style Crush: Leighton Meester always looks fantastic and phenomenal. I love everything she wears. It’s never overdone or showy. I don’t know who her stylist is, but I need to call her!

Fashion Fiend: Sarah Jane Morris, Brothers & Sisters
Stylish Soiree: EcoStiletto’s One-Year Anniversary Bash
Designer Duds: I’m wearing a Leila Hafzi dress. I love her! She’s really committed to designing things that are eco-friendly. I’ve actually tried this dress on for several events, but none of them felt like the right event. Then, I heard that this party was coming up and I was like, “Please tell me that dress is still around!” It’s just fun and loose and summery.
Closet Case: I try to mix vintage stuff with eco-friendly stuff. Sometimes, I fail miserably on both fronts and I just buy things I like!
Best Budget Buy: I love American Apparel white V-neck tees. They’re the best T-shirts out there. I have like four white ones.
Fab Find: I have some awesome moccasin boots that I got at the Rose Bowl Flea Market. I can wear them with simple outfits and feel instantly cool.

Gossip Girl Jessica Szohr has been making the fashion world stand up and say, “OMG, how cute!” ever since she switched up her look from grunge to fresh and feminine .
How does the exotic-eyed beauty see her style? “Simple and comfy. No matter what I wear, it has to be something easy that I can move in,” she dished. “I don’t like things very fitted.”
With good reason! Unlike most stick-thin young Hollywood types, the girl likes to eat. “I have a stomach that doesn’t stop! When I start eating, I’m like, ‘Alright, I’ll take this and this and that,’ ” confessed the actress.
Although she loves big name designers like Burberry and Marc Jacobs, Jessica is a recessionista-at-heart. “Go to Target and get a simple wife beater in the boys’ section,” she advises. “It’s really cute with cool accessories.”
And while she doesn’t mind slipping into a pair of Georgina Goodman pumps (”They’re very comfortable—and I’m not a heel type of girl”), the rising star prefers to keep her feet close to the ground in good ‘ol Keds and Converse. “I’m usually in boyfriend jeans, a T-shirt and flats.”

The Hills are alive with the fabulous fashions of resident rocker chick Audrina Patridge. “I like to be girlie, but I also like to have an edge,” said the brunette hottie, who counts Sienna Miller as her style icon. “She has a boho look yet rocker look. She can put on a dress and a hat and something to make it funky. I love that! ”
The star of the upcoming slasher film Sorority Row drapes her to die for figure in awesome designs by Betsey Johnson, Alexander Mcqueen, Diesel and Dior. For killer jewelry, she swings by the flea market.
“I find cute little things there that I mix with really expensive things,” she dished. Her fave types of baubles to buy? Chunky necklaces, pearls, diamonds and two- and three-toned jewelry. “People are always like, ‘Where’d you get that?’ But I have to tell them it’s one of a kind!”

Seven Pounds star Rosario Dawson is a fashion heavyweight. The feminine and glam actress has been outfitted by some of the world’s most talented designers. Her personal favorite? Diane von Furstenberg.
“Diane is someone I’ve been a huge fan of for many, many years,” Rosario gushed. “Her prints are very loud. All you have to is put on great perfume and a really high heel and strut into a room. You can’t fall into the background with her stuff. Everyone takes notice.”
When something catches her eye, she stocks up. “I usually get more than one of whatever it is I really love,” said the exotic beauty, who’s big on accessories (”They give my look personality”). “If you find something that you like a lot, take that money and spend it. You’re going to end up using it over and over again.”

Star Trek actress Zoe Saldana’s fashion mission? To boldly go where no woman has gone before! “I try my hardest to go after those outfits that designers really, really love, but might seem challenging to wear,” said the rising star, who plays Lieutenant Uhura in the summer blockbuster.
“I like to think that I take risks.” Those risks are definitely paying off. While promoting her hit movie, the beauty beamed herself up to the top of the Best Dressed List with wonderfully daring dresses like Prabal Gurung’s architectural frock and Pucci’s sequined serpent-detail mini. “I love to incorporate art with whatever it is that I’m wearing,” she added.
But you don’t have to be decked out in designer duds to be like Zoe. “Black is an essential tool because it looks good on any type of body,” she asserted. “A pair of black pants, a good black top and a good black skirt are a must because you can always match them with anything.”

Playing fashion plate Naomi Clark on the new 90210 has done such wonders for AnnaLynne McCord’s closet that it practically needs its own zip code!
“My wardrobe has tripled since being on the show because I basically get to borrow everything Naomi has—and Naomi’s a rich kid!” raved the curly-haired cutie, whose high school days definitely weren’t as glamorous as her Chanel-loving character’s. “I was home schooled so I was always in my pajamas. I was kind of the dorky math nerd.”
Today, the star gets top marks for her style. “Sometimes I wear a little leather and I’m a little badass and then other days I feel like channeling Marilyn Monroe and being all demure.”
For all of the recessionistas out there, AnnaLynne recommends going to Topshop and Bebe for affordable rocker pieces. (Her blonde bombshell moments are courtesy of Dolce & Gabbana.)
Her must-have accessory? Belts! “You can cinch a shirt and make it a dress. You can wrap it around low-cut jeans. You can do anything with them,” she shared. “Just don’t buy a brand new belt–ever! Go to a consignment store. That’s where I get all my belts. I’ve never spent more than 30 bucks on a belt!”
Thanks for the tip!

Emmy Rossum is not a name I know that well, but this girl sure knows how to dress and I’m starting to take notice. She looks incredible in her latest spread for Celeb Life and I’m totally in love with her pink dress above! I don’t even know where I would wear something like this, but all I need to know is that I would die at the chance to simply put it on!
She has a very Old Hollywood glamour thing going on and considering she’s only 22, I really appreciate her sophisticated choice of fashions. Other Hollywood starlets should follow her lead…does anyone know if she works with a stylist???
I did a little research and 9 times out of 10, she totally nails her look on the red carpet…what do you think? Is Emmy a style maker?? Hear are some of my favorite looks…

Rachel Bilson is one of my star style crushes. She can go from boho chic to androgynous to glam in a heartbeat. “I like to be comfortable. That always comes first,” the PYT told me. “But I also like to have a little twist to my look.”
That twist includes wrapping a funky scarf around her neck. “I’m such a jeans and T-shirt girl that I’m so into accessories like scarves. I like to collect those a lot,” she dished. “They’re important because they can really make an outfit.”
The actress may have her own fashion line, Edie Rose, but she couldn’t help but give props to fellow celeb designers Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. “They do a really good job with The Row,” she gushed. “I literally love almost every piece.”
Her favorite place to shop for steals? “I go to TJ Maxx because you can find really good things for really good prices!”
