I rarely spend more than $15 on any type of costume jewelry…it’s just too much to invest into something that might potentially fall apart or something that I might just want to wear once or twice.

But this necklace made me break my rules! It was so beautiful that I just couldn’t say no to it’s $19.80 price tag and I don’t regret it one bit.

It is the definition of the perfect bib necklace and I love that it’s made of pearls and mesh and not metal or stones like so many of the larger statement necklaces that are out in the stores.

I’ve worn this necklace styled two ways… “super dressy” with a cardigan + silk blouse + pencil skirt and “downtown chic” with a deep-v tee + leather miniskirt + ankle boots.  Both outfits were greatly enhanced by just this one piece of jewelry and I think it will do the same for any outfit in your closet!

Forever 21 has had some of the best pieces lately and I can’t walk into that store without buying up some type of accessory…

This week I’m totally obsessed with these longer, Aztec inspired pieces that are perfect for layering.

The currently have three different styles in stock (last time I checked) and I think they’d be a great addition to anyone’s jewelry collection.

I purchased this gorgeous green dress in Dallas over XMAS and I almost had to get in a fight with another girl to get it!

I liked it so much I even bought it in a bigger size (it was the last one, hence the almost-brawl) and just took it to my tailor for some easy alterations.

This dress retails for less than $25 but it looks like a true designer buy! The shoulder detail (ah-mazing) combined with the exposed zipper and the draping on the skirt make this dress worth fighting for!

This is a trend we saw come to the forefront of fashion last Fall, but this season it’s even stronger!

I love the look of textured tights with  sandals and this pair from Charlotte Russe is the perfect compliment to all of those mini-skirts and dresses when you’re sick of wearing boots…not to mention, they’re only $32.99 and they also come in black!
