Geometry Class: Two words I have never liked together. But, when applied to fashion, I can definitely do the math!
Geometric prints (also known as tile prints) are adding a dash of 70’s class to Fall’s trend line-up. As spotted on the runways at Prada, Louis Vuitton, and Marc Jacobs, adding this trend to your wardrobe is sure to up your fashion grade.
I snatched these pants from Zara (they have several different prints/cuts) and I love the straight cut with the draw string waist! A good rule to apply for all printed pieces…simple cut+ bold print equals (=) major style points!
Topshop also has this pair of skinnies for $80, sure to liven up and mix perfectly with all your basics.
And yes, print mixing is back for another round this season. If you find two similarly colored geo prints, one on a larger item, like shirt or pants, and in an accessory, mix away to earn extra style points! So make sure to keep your eye out for Fall’s Geo-Prints and make the grade!!
