In case you were wondering what my go-style is this summer…it’s the maxi dress. I love the stylish ease that comes with wearing one of these and while I would typically avoid buying one in all black, this style from the I Heart Ronson line at JCPenney got me! I LOVE IT!
Fit: Like most of the IHR collection, this runs big. I got a XS and it still feels a tiny bit big on my so my reccomendation is to size down. The dress has a pretty generous cut and while the look is loose and flowy, you don’t want to be swimming in all this material. I like my maxis long enough so I have the option to wear it with heels or flats so don’t worry if you’re tall…it’s plenty long!
Shopper’s Notes: I am completely obsessed with material and the details on this dress. It easily looks like it cost me a a fortune! The tassels at the bust add a really fun touch and I love the chiffon…albeit poly, it’s not itchy and feels like the real deal. I will suggest that you add your own skinny belt (try a braided style!) to give it that extra edge and to help define your waist! You’re going to fall in love with this dress…

AH!!! What a gorgeous maxi dress, I’ve been looking all over for one since I found out that I was pregnant! I would wear it with a gold metallic belt, sandals, and of course a fedora. A couple of bangles on the wrist to put it all together.

This is a great maxi dress and I think I would wear it with a nice turban/headband, a statement necklace and some colorful sandals. If the weather isn't too hot, I might add some kind of edgy denim vest.

Great versatile dress – it can be accessorized in so many ways! The first time I wear it I would pair it with a skinny braided gold belt, stack some beaded tribal bangles and bracelets, and some great cut-out wedges with a 70’s feel.
Since my legs are longer I would wear this dress with some cute strappy, braided metallic flat sandals, a big floppy hat, gold hoop earrings, my hair in a messy low bun, a brown belt and my gold watch! Perfect for Summer patio weather!
So I think I would take this in a sleek direction but still keep the casual vibe of the dress. I”m envisioning…. hair in low ponytail with gold hoops along with an oversize men’s style gold watch. I’d forgo the belt and opt for a cropped dark denim jacket. I’d finish with a Stuart Weitzman Alex wedge.

I love the fact that these maxi’s are currently all the rage. It’s functional for all shapes and sizes. Plus the color helps me look slimmer as well. This dress is so cute! I’d wear this dress with a skinny silver, metal-like belt and a pair red shoes, either wedges of flats. I would keep the jewelry simple with maybe small silver hoops or studs and depending on the occasion a sparkly clutch or a colorful over sized bag.

Gorgeous! I would wear this dress with a natural color fedora hat with a black band, and with a natural colored belt around the waist. Also i would put with it an oversized beachy gold ring, maybe in the shape of a starfish. <3 this dress!
I would wear this dress as is, no belt. My hair down (flowy) with a tiny braid on each side pulled to the back, a long single beaded necklace, barefooted at my “girls getaway” to the beach-next month.

SIne i dont have a really tall height,I would wear it with the tallest floral wedges that i can find and walk in!and lots of big,multicolored bangles…thats it i guess…keep it simple.
I would wear this with a nude patent skinny belt with nude flat sandals, and embelish with chunky turquois jewelry…. think San Antonio TX!
