I might be a little girl, but I like my watches like I like my bags…BIG! While I learned to tell time in Kindergarten I really don’t use my watch for that…I use my iPhone… instead, I consider my watch an extension of my wrist accessories…like a really cool, wide bangle that looks good with everything!
Which explains why on any given day, my wrist resembles our dear Tay-Tay’s pictured here. The only difference is:
A. She’s wearing a vintage 1974 Rolex President Day-Date in 18k Yellow Gold which costs beau coup bucks and is so far outside of my budget it’s not even funny…and
B: I prefer a sportier, divers-style watch since those look more like an accessory than a traditional timepiece!
When I started looking around for these, I had a really hard time finding a watch that was affordable…and since I decided that for the Summer I want to add some color to my wrist, finding one with a colored face seemed nearly impossible, until I found this Orient Automatic!

Definately the silver band. I liked the black, the orange and the yellow. I found the navy to be too dark of a blue, if it were lighter than it could be just as striking as the other three.
