07724699_207New York & Co. Belted Short Sleeve Tunic Dress $21.47

Click it/Skip it: Click it. It’s comfortable and sophisticated at the same time!

Fit: New York & Company tends to run large, so go with a smaller size than you would at Forever 21. It’s also a nice length so you can wear it only as a dress, or with leggings and a cardigan while the weather is still cold.

Shopper’s Notes: The fabric is soft and nice to the touch. It also comes with a pretty waist belt that will work well with other outfits…and it’s on sale right now for $21.47-you can beat that price!!

I absolutely LOVE this dress! Do you know where the shoes are from too? The pink/blue combo is fantastic! Thanks for sharing this!

Love this dress. I saw it online last week and was a bit iffy about the quality and length, but now I see it gets a stamp of approval!

Loved the look of this dress online so went to NY&Co. to try it on. Unfortunately, I have to agree with Kelsey, the dress looks like a hot pink mess! I am X-Small and a zero in NY&Co Jeans. I tried the dress in X-Small but it looked like an X-Large on me! Such a bummer!
