Beauty Must-Have: Labello Lip Balm

by Jean on November 20, 2009

LABELLO

What’s the beauty product we can’t live without this week? So glad you asked!

Anyone who has been to Europe is probably familiar with the sheer happiness that is Labello lip balm. Mmmm! When I returned home after a year of studying in France, I often wondered when American retailers would realize what they were missing out on, dreaming of the day when Labello would finally make its trip across the pond….

To my delight, it’s been called to my attention that we can now order this German company’s goodies stateside, online. How I love the internet! PASSIONFRUIT

One of the best things about Labello (aside from the brand’s diverse array of fun and colorful flavors!) is the fact that most of its balms are usually tinted (ever-so-slightly), so it can act as a two-in-one lip quench and lip color pick-me-up. I have one stashed in my bag and at work–at all times.

My current favorites are the ‘Passion Fruits’ and ‘Dragon Fruit’ flavors. So yummy! Plus: totaling in at under ten bucks a pop, the only thing you will have to think about regarding this purchase is which flavor(s) to choose!

I have seen in a lot of american blogs that Labello is ONLY sell in Europe, but NOOO, you can find it in Mexico!!!… I don’t know if is because they want to show off or what because always begin with “in Europe blaaa blaaa blaaa”…
